Terms for using the SnowLine Guide winter fishing school website.
By accessing or using the SnowLine Guide site, even as a demo, you agree to follow the rules described on this page. If you do not accept these terms, you should not continue to use the website.
SnowLine Guide is currently a fictional teaching project. If someone later uses this design for a real winter fishing school, they must adjust these terms to match their own laws, services and contact details.
Educational content, not professional advice
The material on this website is meant for general education about winter fishing, movement on ice and reflective journaling. It does not replace:
- Official safety instructions or warnings in your region.
- Local laws or regulations about ice thickness or access.
- Training provided by certified guides, rescue teams or schools.
You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and risk assessment on and near ice. Always follow local rules, signage and common sense before trusting any general tips from this site.
Inherent risk of winter fishing and ice
Winter environments are unpredictable. Ice conditions, weather and water behaviour can change faster than any online guide can be updated.
By using this website you accept that winter fishing, moving on frozen water and travelling in cold conditions involve real risk of injury, cold stress, property damage or worse. The site operator, designer and author of the content cannot be held responsible for accidents that happen on actual ice or during your trips.
